Please note that on July 31, 2023, all active Re:start accounts will be transferred to our trusted partner, Dora Financial. Your account and routing numbers remain the same. Your funds are still held by USALLIANCE Financial and insured to at least $250,000 by NCUA.
Re:start app will soon be deactivated, and you will need to start using the Dora app. Your transaction history, integrations, and most other Re:start features will be available in the Dora app. You may need to set up your authentication, avatar, and other personalization from scratch.

To ensure a smooth transition and to avoid any inconveniences, we request that you follow these instructions:

On July 31, you will receive the Dora app link to your inbox. Please do not try to download the app until then.

After you download the Dora app on July 31, please enter your existing Re:start login and reset your password using the "Forgot" button on the login screen. Please do not register for a new account with Dora.

We recommend that you download all the Re:start statements before July 31, as they may not be available after that date.

  • Why do I need to install a new app?

    In the near future the Re:start application will no longer be in service or available. Your account is being transferred to our partner, Dora Financial. Dora will be serving you moving forward. Your funds will continue to be held by USALLIANCE Financial and insured by the NCUA to at least $250,000.

  • What will happen to my bank account and account balance?

    Your account balance will remain the same. Your funds will continue to be held by USALLIANCE Financial and insured by NCUA to at least $250,000.
    Your account number and routing number do not change.

  • Do I need to open a Dora Financial account?

    No. Please do not register for a Dora account. Your Re:start account information, balance and transactions will be transferred on July 31st.

  • Is my account insured?

    Your account remains insured by the NCUA up to $250,000.

  • How can I log in to the Dora app?

    Your Re:start login can be used with the Dora mobile app.
    However, your password will need to be reset. To do this, please:
    - Download and open the Dora app.- Click 'Forgot' in the password line.- Enter the required information.- Confirm with the code sent to you in SMS.

  • Will the interface of the app be the same?

    The interface of the Dora app is very similar to Re:start. You will be able to navigate intuitively.

  • What app functionality changes will there be?

    1. Plaid integration. With Dora, we recommend you use the Cash App for easy transfers between your accounts.2. The Dora app supports English and Spanish, through its Interface, communications and customer support.3. To connect with the Dora Financial support team, please go to their website.

  • Will my debit card be replaced with a new one?

    You can continue to use your Re:start debit card. Dora will be performing a mass reissue of debit cards to all Re:start accounts early November 2023. Users with card expiring before November 2023 will receive a new Dora card as needed.

  • Will I need to update my direct deposit information?

    You may need to update your Direct Deposit information with your employer.
    Even though the account and routing numbers remain the same, we recommend downloading the Direct Deposit form from the Dora app and providing it to your employer.
    There is no automatic integration between the app and payroll providers in the Dora app as of today.

  • How will I be able to contact Dora support?

    Starting July 31, the Dora Financial support team will be taking care of you. If you need any help, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Dora team here.

  • Do you still open accounts for Ukrainian refugees?

    Yes, we will continue to onboard Ukrainian refugees.

  • Will there be any changes to the fees and charges on my accounts?

    There will be some changes to the fees and charges. You can check the Dora Financial Fee Schedule here.

  • Will there be any changes to the ATM network or services available?

    The ATM network is the same for both Re:start and Dora. Feel free to check the Dora ATM map here.

  • How will these changes affect the privacy and security of my personal information?

    Your personal information remains protected with Dora Financial, as it was with Re:start. Please review the Dora Financial Privacy Policy here.

  • Can I close my account?
