If, for some reason, you need to request your card replacement, please do so by calling the number on the back of your card: Existing account > Blocked card (#3), or request a replacement by contacting the operator in Live Chat.
Your old card will be blocked, and a new digital card will appear in your account in 1-2 business days after the request. If you have any balance on your account, it will be transferred automatically to your new card.
Physical card delivery usually takes 10-15 business days, but you can still activate and use your digital card.
