Step 1

Let’s start with the Home Screen. Please click ‘Register’.

You will need:Passport, І-94 form + I-797 form (notice of action after applying for TPS) or Travel Authorization (from U4U). You should be able to find these electronic forms within your USCIS account.

On the next screen, provide your valid email, phone number (USA) and create a password.

Your password must have 8 or more characters and 3 of 4 criteria: ● One uppercase letter● One lowercase letter● One number● One special character $!@#%^&*_=+*Please use only the English alphabet to fill in the fields.

Next, enter the code that was sent to your phone number.

Provide your personal information like First name, Last Name, Date of Birth, SSN or ITIN, your current address.

If you are a Ukrainian refugee without SSN please use the ‘Refugee’ tab for registration.*Please use only the English alphabet to fill in the fields

Make sure your information is correct, next click ‘Continue’.

Step 7

On this step we will ask to provide your ID and to take a selfie.

Step 8

Please start with Front of your ID.

Make sure that all information and photo on your ID is visible, then click a whyte round button (don’t worry, in some cases photos of your ID can be taken automatically).

Step 9

After you make sure that all the data is visible and not blurry click ‘Save’.

If you need to make another shot click ‘Retake’ and take a photo again.

Step 10

Next, take a photo of the back of your ID.

Make sure that all information is visible then click a white round button (in some cases photos can be taken automatically).

After you make sure that all the data is visible and not blurry click ‘Save’.

If you need to make another shot click ‘Retake’ and take a photo again.

Next step please take a selfie.

Use the orange line as a Frame for your face. Then click a white round button (in some cases photos can be taken automatically).

Step 13

Next screen you need to read and agree with our terms and agreements.

To read the terms click the blue button ‘>’. Whenever you’re ready click ‘I agree to the Terms’.

Step 14

Please wait while we verify your identity. Click ‘Continue’.

Step 15

Select one type of refugees document.

Step 16

Upload your document.

Step 17

No need to wait around.

You can log out and check your status in a while by logging in to the Re:start app with your email and password.
